Moody's Investors Service has appointed Frederic Drevon to run its business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Drevon was previously head of the rating agency's European structured finance effort.

In his new role as a senior managing director, Drevon replaces Michael Foley, who will relocate to the US to become head of global business development and issuer relations.
