Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) is facing its second legal dispute in less than six months, this time from a former fund manager who is suing the firm for sexual discrimination.

Juliet Marber is taking MLIM to court claiming unfair dismissal and having received smaller bonuses than her male colleagues.
