Mizuho International, the London-based investment banking arm of Mizuho Financial, has appointed Raffaele De Vitis as executive director covering global SSA borrowers in a bid to boost its European primary debt markets team. He previously worked at Credit Agricole corporate and investment bank where he was responsible for sovereigns, agencies and supranational debt origination.
