Mirabaud has formed an M&A Advisory group, appointing four senior M&A practitioners as partners of Mirabaud Securities. Maneksh Dattani, Ian Macfarlane, Paul Schultz and Nicolas Thum, previously partners at Europa Partners, will be based in London and will work with other teams throughout the firm.
