The private equity backers of Microscience, the UK anti-diarrhoea vaccine group, stand to double their money if the planned float next month is successful.
Apax Partners, Merlin Biosciences, Advent Venture Partners and JP Morgan Partners are to float the company on London's junior market AIM.
