UK accountancy firm says M&A is part of its growth strategy following its listing on London’s Aim market in April

MHA hunts for acquisitions as revenue jumps 45%

UK accountancy firm MHA posted a 45% increase in revenue to the year ending 31 March, with recurring fee accounting for the vast majority of the £224.2m haul.

The full year results, published on 14 August, cover the period before MHA’s listing on London’s Aim market in April. The listing raised £98m at a £271m valuation, below its £350m target.
