Merrill Lynch securitisation managing director resigns

Michael Donahue, managing director and co-head of the securitisation group at Merrill Lynch in London, has resigned from the bank.

It is not known why Donahue resigned or where he will be moving to, although he is understood to have tendered his resignation on Tuesday.
