Matrix Corporate Capital, the investment bank whose parent Matrix Group is best known for its commercial property investment team, has made four hires from the real estate team at JP Morgan Cazenove, including a star analyst, continuing a year of aggressive hiring by the firm.

Carl Gough, a managing director in specialist sales and Jason Cockburn, a director in specialist sales trading, are moving to Matrix from Cazenove, according to a statement from the Matrix.
