James Marlar, a former partner at TMP Worldwide, the recruitment firm, has set up a practice to focus on senior positions in the wealth management sector.

The new practice will operate under the name Marlar Bennetts International, the search firm founded by his father, Robin Marlar. James Marlar said the new practice had a partner operation in Geneva and planned other strategic alliances.
