JP Morgan has recruited two staff for its European structured solutions group as it strengthens the team in a sector where bankers expect volumes to boom this year.

Gareth Davies joins as a managing director in the global structured products team after spending just over three years at Bank of America, having previously worked at Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse.
