Mantaray hires consultants, focuses on capital markets

Mantaray Partners, the financial services headhunter, has hired two consultants and lost another as part of a shift of focus towards the capital markets and away from equities.

Chris Harrison joins from the recruitment firm Harvey Nash to focus on high-yield and leveraged finance roles. Nakul Kapur, a lawyer-turned-headhunter, moves from Linklaters' structured finance team to recruit on the collaterised debt obligation (CDO) and derivatives market.
