Paul Manduca, the former European head of Deutsche Asset Management who was ousted at the end of last year, has become a non-executive director of JP Morgan Fleming European Fledgling Investment Trust.

The trust, run by Jim Campbell at JP Morgan Asset Management, focuses on European smaller companies.
