LongAcre Partners, the London-based corporate finance boutique set up last July, has acquired Swedish firm Lommen Corporate Finance for an undisclosed sum.

Jonathan Goodwin, joint chief executive of LongAcre, said that Lommen and LongAcre began talking before Christmas. Lommen had contacted LongAcre and several other London-based coprorate finance houses to discuss the possibility of a partnership.
