The London Stock Exchange has led Europe in capital raisings for 2023, boosted by follow-ons and convertibles even as it struggles to win marquee listings.

The LSE raised a total of €16.8bn in the first nine months of the year, twice its nearest rival, Euronext Amsterdam, according to the Association for Financial Markets in Europe.
