Elliott is appealing a November High Court verdict that backed the LME’s decision to void billions in trades

The London Metal Exchange and Elliott Management will return to court this month as Elliott appeals a ruling that supported the LME’s cancellation of billions in nickel trades.

The pair will head back to the Royal Courts of Justice on 9 July, according to people familiar with the matter.
