As the government’s vaccine rollout continues at pace, the City is coming alive again.

Eased lockdown restrictions have paved the way for a semblance of normality to reappear: throngs of workers drinking beer outside pubs, shoppers scouring the spring sales, bankers gathering to have lunch in the sun on a park bench.  The Square Mile became a ghost town during three national lockdowns since March 2020, with attempts to get staff back to the workplace largely skirting the City’s skyscrapers.
