The London Metal Exchange continues to face problems in resuming the nickel trade as fresh errors caused delays in Thursday trading.

As part of its reopening of the nickel market, the LME had limited trading hours and price movements. For 17 March, the exchange announced price movement limits to +/- 8% of the previous close and that the trading would begin at 8am London time.
