Lloyds IT system may have led to IMRO fine

The integration of NatWest's former custody business and IT problems may have contributed to Lloyds TSB Bank's £100,000 (€166,895) fine by IMRO, the Investment Management Regulatory Organisation.

IMRO has fined Lloyds TSB for breaches of regulatory rules in its Securities Services Division.
