Lloyds Bank teams up with BlackRock in ETF offer for DIY investors

Europe's competitive ETF market is becoming increasingly attractive to asset managers, despite the dominance of the three top players — iShares, Amundi and Xtrackers

Lloyds Bank has entered a partnership with BlackRock’s iShares unit to offer an exchange traded fund service for the retail investor market.

The duo’s ETF Quicklist is set to provide access to some 16 UK-listed ETFs to do-it-yourself investors, which are run by the world’s largest asset manager. The ETFs, a shortlist sieved out from more than 600, revolve around “common themes and markets” Lloyds Bank’s website says.
