Mid-market investment bank Lincoln International is still open to acquisitions as it prepares to integrate a financial services-focused boutique that will add 230 dealmakers to its ranks.

The bank, which kicked off an aggressive hiring spree in 2023 as many of its rivals cut back, will continue to expand even as it pushes through the September acquisition of advisory firm Marshberry, which focuses on wealth management and insurance deals.
