Mid-market investment bank Lincoln International has acquired a specialist European boutique as it looks to bolster its coverage of private equity and technology firms.

Lincoln has bought TCG Corporate Finance, which focuses on the technology and digital economy sectors, Financial News has learned. The boutique has offices in Munich, Berlin, Stockholm and London.
