Lazard chief executive Ken Jacobs set to step down

The long-serving dealmaker will remain at the firm amid expectation Peter Orszag will step in as CEO

Ken Jacobs, the dealmaker who headed independent investment bank Lazard for 14 years, is set to step down.

Jacobs is expected to be replaced by Peter Orszag, who runs its financial advisory unit and was previously an adviser to former President Barack Obama, The Wall Street Journal reported.
