Lazard Asset Management names AllianceBernstein exec as new CEO

Christopher Hogbin will take over the top job from Evan Russo in December

Lazard Asset Management has appointed Christopher Hogbin as chief executive, succeeding Evan Russo, who will step down in December after more than three years in the top job.

Hogbin joins from AllianceBernstein, where he is global head of investments and a member of the asset manager’s executive leadership team. He has worked at the firm for more than 20 years.
