Latham & Watkins has hired a leveraged finance lawyer from Cahill Gordon & Reindel, following its hire of a trio of partners from the US law firm earlier this year. 

Danielle Brown will join Latham as a partner in its leveraged finance practice in London. She has spent more than three years at Cahill. She previously spent more than six years at Milbank and previously trained at Bryan Cave.
