The staff at 30 Gresham Street, UK private bank Kleinwort Benson's London headquarters, have two things to celebrate today.

Not only did they achieve a change of ownership this morning from Commerzbank AG, who sold them to Belgian lender RHJ International, a move which will give them much more independence, but they also get to move into swanky new Mayfair offices.
