KfW launches last global issue of the year

KfW, the German state development agency, has opened the order book for its last global issue of the year.

The €5bn ($4.87bn) transaction, which is being lead managed by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, matures in November 2005.
