Kenneally to exit CSAM after losing out on top job

Michael Kenneally, chairman and chief executive of Credit Suisse Asset Management has resigned after he failed to get the top job leading the merger of Credit Suisse's three asset businesses.

David Blumer, head of trading and sales, has been named as chief executive of the combined businesses, merged as part of the bank's latest strategy to steamline and improve performance.
