Boutique investment bank and broker dealer Keefe, Bruyette and Woods has hired a senior banks analyst to widen its equity research coverage in Europe.

George Karamanos, who had previously worked at the firm as a senior vice president, rejoined KBW from Redburn Partners in August as a managing director and will head the European bank equity research team, according to a statement.
