The Rose Partnership, the financial services search boutique, has hired Darrin Moy to head its equities search practice.

Moy was most recently chief executive officer and co-founder of justpeople.com, a graduate recruitment and career management website, owned by headhunter Martin Armstrong of Armstrong International. Before working with Armstrong, Moy was head of recruiting at Warburg Dillon Read.
