JPMorgan’s chief executive in Europe says the bank’s efforts to overhaul work-life balance for juniors are “not yet at the endgame” and that the Wall Street bank has the chance to lead the charge on changing the culture of the sector.

Filippo Gori, co-head of global banking and chief executive for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at JPMorgan, told Financial News that the bank has the “opportunity to take a lead and try and change” the way junior investment bankers work.
