JPMorgan targets $100bn in European active ETFs

The US asset manager is looking to main its lead in Europe’s active ETF market over the coming years

JPMorgan Asset Management wants to grow its active ETF assets to more than $100bn in Europe over the next five years, as the Wall Street giant seeks to maintain its lead in the fast-growing sector.

The firm’s fund management division dominates the active ETF industry across the region, managing $37.8bn according to ETFGI — comfortably ahead of its closest rival Fidelity International’s $7.4bn.
