A senior Citigroup dealmaker covering financial sponsors is set to join JPMorgan as banks compete for talent to work on private equity deals.

Keith Heller, who joined Citi as a managing director within its US financial sponsors team in 2023, will sign up at JPMorgan in a senior role, according to people familiar with the matter.
