JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs among banks lagging behind on mental health

Wall Street banks that have taken a hard line on hybrid working — including JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs — are lagging behind on employee mental health, a survey of the world’s biggest listed companies has found.

Charity fund manager CCLA’s second annual corporate benchmark on workplace mental health shows that most of the world’s 110 largest listed employers are not taking employee well-being seriously enough.
