JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management has restructured its European equities team following the promotion of Andrew Spencer, head of European equities.

Spencer's appointment as chief investment officer of JPMorgan Fleming's retail funds business in the US will lead to three people sharing responsibility for the 40-strong European equities team.
