JPMorgan’s top investment bankers said the sector must prioritise work-life balance following the death of a Bank of America associate earlier in May.

Jennifer Piepszak, co-CEO of JPMorgan’s commercial and investment bank, said that the well-being of its employees was vital as a fresh spotlight is shone on the brutal hours clocked by junior bankers.
