JPMorgan and Campbell Lutyens strike continuation funds tie-up

Offering will see both firms jointly offer advisory services on the continuation funds of private equity firms

London-based private markets advisory firm Campbell Lutyens and US banking giant JPMorgan have entered into a “strategic collaboration” that will see the two firms jointly offer their advisory services on single and multi-asset continuation fund secondary transactions.

Under the deal, JPMorgan will gain access to Campbell Lutyens’ network of investors in the secondary market while Campbell Lutyens’ clients will gain direct access to the investment banking advice and capital-raising expertise of JPMorgan.
