JP Morgan has reported the strongest quarter of performance at its corporate and investment bank since Daniel Pinto and Mike Cavanagh took over the running of the division a year ago.

The US bank kicked off the second-quarter reporting season today with results that marked the one-year anniversary of Pinto and Cavanagh at the helm of its combined corporate and investment bank.
