Jiway signs up seven marketmakers

Jiway, the pan-European stock exchange set up by OM Gruppen in Sweden and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, has signed up seven brokers to make best prices on its markets.

The exchange, a €100m ($95m) project based in London, is due to go live in November this year with trading initially being open to brokers in the UK, Sweden and Germany. France, Switzerland, Holland and Italy will follow in 2001.
