Jefferies has hired Citigroup’s head of debt financing Simon Francis in a newly-created role as it continues its European expansion.
Francis, who left Citigroup last September amid a broader overhaul of its business, has joined Jefferies as head of debt financing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a person familiar with the matter.
