Investment banks eye 2025 recruiting spree: ‘We have a long list of people we want to hire’

Investment banks are eyeing hiring sprees of senior dealmakers in 2025 as they prepare for an expected bounceback in fees after years of cost-cutting. 

Senior bankers in the City told Financial News they are looking to bolster their teams again and that they expect the battle for senior talent to heat up in 2025 as investment banking revenues rebound.
