Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group, the UK insurance broker, confirmed this morning its acquisition of boutique private client consultant iimia Wealth Management.

JLT Group said the tie-up will strengthen its position in the private clients market and add discretionary portfolio management to its services. iWM has some £600m in funds under advice.
