ING has named Stan Beckers as chief executive of ING Investment Management International, effective at the beginning of next month. Beckers succeeds Gilbert Van Hassel, who has decided to leave the firm he joined in 2007. Beckers has held senior roles at West LB Asset Management, Kedge Capital, Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock.
