Industri Kapital makes fifth French investment

Industri Kapital, the Swedish buy-out company, has paid about €200m ($260m) for Idex, a French energy and environment services company.

It is the firm's fifth investment in France. It bought the company from the founding Planchot family and a consortium of financial investors.
