Indian billionaires lift London

Lakshmi Mittal, the Indian steel tycoon with a £28bn (€35bn) fortune, has three houses on London’s most exclusive road, Kensington Palace Gardens.

A couple of miles away, on Carlton House Terrace, the Hinduja brothers, Sri and Gopi, worth £6.2bn, make do with a 100-year lease on a 60-room property that cost them £58m.
