Goldman Sachs has successfully seen off a lawsuit worth £68m (€101m) brought by disgruntled Belgian investment company IFE Fund.

IFE alleged that Goldman withheld information about the financial state of an acquisition target for Autodistribution, a French auto-parts supplier owned by private equity firms Butler Capital Partners, Axa and CDC.
