Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs are to advise billionaire Bjorgolfur Thor Bjorgolfsson, Iceland's first billionaire, on telecommunication investments in northern and central Europe.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Bjorgolfsson said: "We have given the banks a deadline of early July."
