Hybrid working will hang around, according to managers

Leaders are moving to split time between home and the office, but challenges remain despite a potential productivity boost

Hybrid working is continuing to gain ground in the wake of the pandemic, latest figures suggest.

A survey of managers shows that the levels of hybrid working are now at their highest since the onset of Covid-19 two years ago, with more than 80% of firms now allowing some form of split between home and the office.
