The former head of HSBC in Europe has set up a management consultancy after leaving the UK lender at the end of last year.

Colin Bell, who stepped down as chief executive of HSBC Bank Plc and Europe on 31 December, incorporated a company called Sapient Edge Advisory in January, registry filings show.
