HSBC recruits two for UK corporate finance

HSBC has recruited Charles Packshaw from Lazard and Charles Ashton from JP Morgan for its corporate finance team which has suffered a number of high level departures this year.

In August both Andrew Galloway, global head of financial institutions, and Richard Tolkien, who had appointed him to this role, resigned.
