Houlihan Lokey acquires tech firm PSL in data push

The mid-market bank has been expanding its European operations through acquisitions

Houlihan Lokey has bought a machine learning technology firm in London, as the mid-market investment bank continues its European expansion with acquisitions.

The bank has acquired PSL, previously known as Prytania Solutions Limited, which uses machine learning to provide valuation and analytics services, it said in a statement.
